"The Staff - JD great front man at the desk to great us, Cam our waiter, Lilly our horseback guide were just fantastic. Mauricio went out of his way to explain the Lodge and was very helpful. We had nice conversations with the other cleaning people. The staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Do the horseback ride. Great experience."

We had a bat get in the house, I texted Hilary on a Saturday and John came to our cabin very quickly and by the time we were back from our hike, the bat was gone.
