There is an additional cleaning fee and a linen fee. All beds are prepared upon arrival.

We offer high-speed internet, Spectrum cable (via the Spectrum app) and smart televisions in every bedroom, as well as the living room.

When you arrive, gather your luggage and groceries and load them into the 3-stop elevator located inside the garage. Travel up to where your beach vacation begins! Note: The elevator stops and is accessed inside the bunk room on the 2nd level; therefore, we have included a safety feature (calling the elevator from this level requires a key) in the event children staying in this room become curious.

A separate security deposit for $850 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
