"Friendly staff, we always come here for our Seattle trips"

"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"This is second time we've stayed at the property. As usual, staffs are always friendly. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. They've also let us know that the new room they had available may be noisy as it faces the freeway. We really appreciate their effort in making the arrangement and warning about noise. Every was clean and cleaning staff came everyday. Breakfast was good but we wished that there were more vegetarian options available. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay at the same property again! "
