The bathroom has a separate vanity area making it easy for your group in the morning when getting ready to head out for the day's adventures.

Located adjacent to Snowmass Base Village, the Lichenhearth Condominiums offer direct access to the Elk Camp Gondola and Fanny Hill chair lift, making it a breeze to enjoy year-round activities like zip lining, mountain biking, skiing, and more. The proximity to dining, shopping, and the children’s ski school adds convenience to your stay. Enjoy the comfort of covered parking, an elevator, ski storage and easy access to all local attractions. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool, enjoying a soak in the hot tub, or exploring the nearby trails and slopes, this condo ensures a memorable and relaxing stay.

Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter - parking is free in the summer.

***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort***
Portable AC units for the bedroom are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

**Ski access across may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season.

*If you are booking a stay in April, May, October or November please check with us with to be sure the pool/hot tub is operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The Lichenhearth is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed any where on the property or the grounds surrounding the complex.

***Fall 2024, pool is closing for repairs and will be closed through the winter. The hot tub will be closing on September 30th and reopen in the winter season. If the common area amenities, such as pool and hot tub, close due to weather, mechanical or HOA requirements we do not offer refunds.***
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age.

Great stay in Snowmass!
We had an amazing stay at this condo in Snowmass! The location was absolutely perfect – just steps away from the slopes and close to restaurants and shops, which made everything super convenient for our family. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and it was great to have a relaxing spot after a day of hiking. The condo itself was well-equipped, clean, and cozy, making it ideal for our young family. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!
