"Hotel itself was fine, clean and in good condistion apart from a persistent smell from the bathroom. The service was good but the noise from within the hotel was horrendous and went on all night. One other odd element was a window in the room overlooking a communal seating area with only a ill fitting blind protecting your modesty. We only stayed 1 night otherwise would have reconsidered our options."

"When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. A nice swimming pool on the roof an ideal place to cool off after sightseeing. There was a good variety of English and Indian style foods for breakfast. "Excellent location. Hotel was very close to the Taj Mahal and main area of the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was walking distance to TDI shopping centre and one of the famous bakeries of the city called “Gopaldas” Hotel had an in-house restaurant called “Kwality”. It was the best food we had in Agra city. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again when in India next!"

"We particularly liked the welcome to the hotel, and in general the helpfulness of the staff. The swimming pool was excellent- very clean and new and the grounds were well-kept. It was our favourite hotel in our visit to India. Special mention of the lady who met us at reception and the other young trainees and fully fledged staff in the restaurant. "There were many good things about this hotel. Service was exceptional. They had many large tours staying which put a crowd on the breakfast buffet and made it very noisy. Food ok. Nicecoffee machine but long line to get coffee and always running out of mugs to use when you got to the head of the line. Had a room with a ”view of the Taj Mahal” but it is so smoggy there you can barely see it, if at all. So don’t spend the money for that. "
