I would like to say that I’m very disappointed at Expedia because the system isn’t working. I booked to stay at Rancho Flash with my family and the service failed. When I got there late in the night discovered that the hotel had a different name and the owners weren’t the same anymore. The hotel isn’t Rancho Flash anymore. The people that currently work there explained the situation for me. The reservation didn’t work, I lost my money, time and had to figure out where else tô stay late in the night. Can I at least have my money back?
