Fully furnished remodeled studio located in the heart of Sodus Point, NY. This cozy studio that offers a comfortable king sized bed, small futon, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and private parking is walking distance to the Sodus Point lighthouse, popular restaurants/bars, and many fishing charters! This studio is ADA compliant with a very large bathroom. Boat rentals are available only 500 feet away. We look forward to you staying with us!

The directions were good, but I still had a bit of trouble finding this place--the street you turn on is small. It would be better if there was some kind of sign on Greig St. The TV looked great, but to watch anything, you have to already have a paid subscription to a streaming service, which I don't have. But the room was very nice, clean, and I felt safe. Thanks!

The Studio at Sodus Point

We easily found the place. The parking was perfect. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. There was a sweet French mastiff ( kept safely inside a gate) on the welcoming committee!

Weekend Getaway

We had wonderful weekend at Sodus Point. The Studio at Sodus Point Lodge was very nice. Large room with comfortable king size bed, awesome water pressure in the shower. Nice k-cup coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Very clean, off street parking and great host, we will definitely go back!!

Sodus point stay

As usual the area is incredible. Our stay at the Lodge was seamless. Accommodations were very clean. Great location within walking distance of town activities. Matthew was responsive and non intrusive. Overall 10++. Thanks for having us!

Boating Getaway

We trailered out boat from Indiana for a summer getaway and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We were able to dock our boat across the street and walk back and forth to go boating. It was also convenient to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and a few shopping spots too. The room was very clean with a small fridge and microwave and check-in/check-out process was super easy. We hope to be back again next year!

So wonderful

We truly enjoyed our stay. This was a last-minute booking and we could not have been more pleased. Everything was clean and comfortable and the listing was completely accurate. We will definitely stay here again. This property was wonderful. Even though it was in the middle of the village, it was in the back of a residence and it was so quiet. We felt like we were in the middle of the woods. It was fantastic. Bedding was clean and comfortable. there is a smaller refrigerator, which was the perfect size, and a microwave which allowed us to read our leftovers from the night before to eat for breakfast. We love the little coffee pot, which also made great tea. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Stayed 5 days. Centrally located for things we did and places we went. Walking distance to food, shopping, beach, pier to lighthouse. Short drive to Chimney bluffs, Lighthouse museum, friends and family. Great bed and shower. Off street parking. Pretty quiet. Will recommend to family and friends.

Downtown can walk to restaurants

We haven't been to Sodus Point for more than 5 yrs very nice place to stay! We brought our dog with us and he did great there as well.
