Hotel Light is a very comfortable three star hotel, close to the centre of Sophia. The rooms are basic but quiet and clean with friendly staff. The area route is quiet and safe and is gradually being developed with small boutiques and bars so that it is much quieter than the nearby to the tourist centre.

Lovely hotel a ten minute easy walk from the Metro (25 minute direct train from the airport) Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms, clean and spacious. Shower was small if you're over 6ft tall it'll be a bit of an adventure. Buffet breakfast great value. Area around the hotel is very gritty but was very safe and the locals couldn't have been friendlier. Air conditioning only blew hot air in both the rooms we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Felt safe. Comfortable room. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Not far from centre. Very rarely had to use transport as able to walk everywhere. Coffee shops locally. WiFi. They have a little corner in reception where you can print etc. Thoroughly enjoyed and if I came back to Sofia would use again.

This hotel is about 10 mins slow walk from city centre . It is a quiet safe area although pavements are in need of serious repair. We had breakfast included and it is as good as any European breakfast. Our room was an economy double and it could definately have done with modernising but the price was cheap. It was clean and functional. The bed is nearly almost my complaint but not here. Our bed was very comfortable and I must commend the owners on this. The price per night is very good. Stella and Gabriella on the desk were very nice. We left are cases as we had a late flight and that was fine. Checkout was 12 which again is great if your flight is late. Thank you for a good value hotel.
