The Hotel Niky was very beautiful, I could not believe I had YouTube on my TV even in English. Had a walk-in shower, the most comfortable bed. Close to St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral., 2,000-year-old ruins, only a few blocks from the famous Vitosha Blvd., many other Eastern Orthodox Church's. and I was able to see 7 Museums. all walking distance. Staff were very helpful and professional, and I loved the Greek Restaurant attached to the Hotel, the Greek salad was delicious.

Nice family run hotel close to Vitosha
The hotel is close to everything in central Sofia, so a good choice for a city break. Good selection at breakfast and they were very welcoming when we arrived.

The staff was incredible. They made me feel like a valued customer every day of my stay. The reception staff knew my name and greeted me each morning as well as welcomed me back every night. This made me feel quite safe. The included free breakfast was a nice touch. The room was nicely laid out and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be back.

This is a very average hotel. It is close to central downtown, which is good, but, overall, the rooms are adequate at best. The restaurant, however, is very nice with good food.

Very good location, close to shops ,restaurants etc. Close to the metro also. Very friendly people working there. Breakfast is also good. We had a very big room with a balcony. Had some problems with the electricity and it was fixed directly. For sure we would go back again and could recommend this hotel!

This is a great place if you're not looking for something fancy. It's got all the basic amenities plus a little more if you take an apartment. It's clean and kept and best of all you can walk to all the major tourist spots. Also very well connected with underground/subway systems.

The hotel staff and property itself was nice and clean however I did have a problem with how club cigarette smoke smell there was in the room other than that everyone was friendly, the room was huge and clean accept the ACs were broken and never worked but thankfully the windows could be opened breakfast was great and the location was convenient enough where taking taxi to and from wasn’t too expensive

Big rooms and very nice people working here. Free breakfast with several choises. In the middle of the city. About 10 minutes walk from Serdika metro station (Metro 4 from airport). Will definitiv stay here next time in Sofia. You can walk to all the major sight
