Top 1 Hotel in Sofia. Best location in the historical district with one of the view on the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Services and team are great and customer focused. ADOR is one the best table in town. Was travelling with family ( 4 in total. 10 years and 14 years old kids)

i requested the air conditioning to be fixed. I was informed the air conditioning was switched off in November, however I could have a fan. this helped a little however the room temperature never dropped below 23 c. This along with the windows the did not open lead to a stuffy dry room. then the view from my window was a nearly derelict block of apartment / flats directly looking into my room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was nice and spacious, making me feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the fantastic view of the cathedral from the huge balcony—absolutely breathtaking! The service was great, with staff who were attentive and friendly. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. When I come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
