San Carlo Borromeo 2 by Wonderful Italy

Completely renovated apartment in a building with shared pool in Soiano del Lago, a few km from Manerba del Garda.

This modern apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright and cozy living room that features a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen complete with dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster and juicer. From here, guests can access the balcony that is directly connected to the common area with a swimming pool and beach chairs.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one furnished with a queen-size bed and a small walk-in closet, the second one with a bunk bed and a large closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, heating and mosquito nets on all windows will be at guests' disposal.

A washing machine is located in the shared laundry room inside the building.

*The pool, shared with 3 apartments, is open from May 1st to September 30th.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side, takes its name from "Solis ianua" (literally “Gateway of the Sun”) which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded the green of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.
For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.
The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).

The apartment is located 10 km from the Desenzano railway station and about 45 km from Verona airport.

A great stay. the accommodation is super well equipped and very pleasant. It just lacks 2 or 3 umbrellas around the pool for everything to be perfect I will come back
