My friend and I stayed 6 nights in this duplex in July 2024. The location was good. It's a quick drive to the beach. The communication was good with the property manager. The unit wasn't ready at 3:00, but I didn't mind. It was just somewhat clean. My biggest issue was the ant infestation. They were in the kitchen and master bathroom. They were probably in other rooms, but that's where I saw them. I opened the microwave oven, and they were everywhere. I appreciated that I was given one free night due to the infestation of ants. I was so grossed out that I did not prepare any meals. I had to eat out for every meal. I would not stay here again. The unit slept two comfortably, but I would suggest a party of no more than 4.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, open, and had all of the amenities needed. We did several stops on a spring break vacation this year, and this house was by far our favorite. We definitely got the California vibe staying here, and that’s what we were hoping for!

Great neighborhood and family friendly home/yard.
Travelled to town for HS football - very comfortable home with sleeping quarters downstairs - quiet and private. Upstairs open living space perfect. Deck and backyard space offers additional space to break off from the group and enjoy the perfect weather.
