"Our family recently stayed at this Clarence Town property for a weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays (one for 80 and one for 42). The group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children (aged 3 - 13) with the layout of bedrooms perfect for our needs (we did not require the 5th bedroom or granny flat). The bathrooms, kitchen and family rooms provided us with comfort and spaciousness with appliances, utensils and condiments completing our requirements. "The house was perfect for the family us and our 3 married children and their kid- 6years and 3 x18 month old. There was plenty of room and access to the quiet shady beach was perfect. It's an easy walk to Bannisters/Crazy Dog for coffee so we all had plenty of space and things to do. Shopping at Nelson Bay (15 minutes) was excellent with Coles Woollies etc. Several frides and cooking facilities."
