Just an 8-minute drive to shopping and a stone's throw from prime fishing spots, this semi-secluded retreat ensures proximity to the action without compromising the peace you crave.
Our spacious unit comfortably sleeps 10 people and is equipped with modern amenities, including a washer/dryer and FREE WIFI. Located between Soldotna and Kasilof, you can enjoy the best of both worlds without the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist areas. Cruise the breathtaking fjords in Seward, hike scenic trails all over the peninsula, and catch your limit of salmon – all within easy reach. Want to explore Homer? No problem. It's just a short, but magnificent 1 hour drive from the house.
This home is more than just a place to stay; it's a retreat. Enjoy the views and privacy as you unwind in the heart of nature. The house offers a wonderful deck, a large yard, and a firepit area – perfect for making memories with loved ones.
We take pride in cleanliness, and our home is professionally cleaned after each stay by a team of experts. No smoking is allowed, ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
As you drive down the private driveway, you'll discover 3,500 square feet of comfortable living space, including upstairs and downstairs living rooms and a modern kitchen with all the comforts of home.

Great family house
My family stayed there while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect house for our group. It’s very clean and modern. And it’s in a very peaceful area with a fantastic yard. We loved it.

Great home
To Soldotna to visit family. Ended up only being 2 miles from my brother. Home was clean and easy to access. Large enough for my family to not trip over themselves. Games for kids. Outdoors for running around and a fire pit for s’mores. Outdoor grill for hamburgers and hot dogs. (I forgot to check and see if my nephew cleaned it …if not I apologize). Fridge large enough for family eating. Plenty of storage containers for leftovers. Only thoughts would be a set of measuring cups for cooking - not just the 2 cup measuring ones you had. And a plug for the upstairs bathtub. We couldn’t figure out how to make it a tub and not just a shower option… When we return next year we’ll check if it’s available again if we need a place to stay. Thanks for letting us use your home.
