Completely private Villa is hidden from unwanted looks, and has a big, heated pool (pool ends construction till April 2023.) and a large hot tub. It is ideal for 8 people and is fully equipped for a superb holiday.Situated at the location of the former Roman province of Dalmatia - Salona, Mravince today represents the right combination of peace and authenticity. Also called Split's balcony. This place offers comftable nature balance between introduction in Dalmatia and feeling like home. Mravince are located on the southern slopes of the mountain Mosor, east of town Solin (Salona). Beside its significant in the Roman times, in the Early Middle Ages, Solin played an important role in Medieval Croatian state, being one of the political centres. In the 20th century intensive industrialization process of the Split basin made Solin no more than a suburb of Split. Today, with its independent municipal status, Solin is part of the Split conurbation, well connected with other towns and with developed tourism. Tourism in Solin is mostly based on numerous archaeological sites from Roman Times but also famous due to its beautiful parks along the river Jadro – source of water. On the outskirts of Split, there rises the mountain Marjan covered with pine trees and cypresses. It is worth to take a trip there, because this green oasis has not just a wonderful panorama view on the city, but also several places of interest for young and old people.

The living room has a direct exit to the main covered terrace with lounge area, BBQ (BBQ facilities are provided), five-person hot tub and pool view. Air conditioned.Also, on the ground floor there is a shower room with a washing machine (pods are included), table and iron and separate toilet. This two-floor holiday home is connected by an inner-staircase.Upstairs you will find: - the master bedroom with a king size bed and big wardrobe.
