"The room was absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking! Check-in was unique as its not on the main floor but on the 36th floor and you have to be let in by front desk. I loved how there was a lounge/bar on the 49th floor so we did not have to go out of the building to grab drinks. The building is also attached to a shopping center with restaurants so that was very convenient. Parking in garage was easy and convenient. Overall, wonderful and memorable stay!"

The room was clean, bathroom a little smelly presumably from drains. Only 3 bath towels, no hand towels too. "The place ok. We were there for one night on a family trip. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the main issue was that we booked this specifically because it had an AC listed as an accomodation but when we got there we were told that the AC unit in the room was broken and has been for over a year. "The Hotel receptionist is magnificent as she really helped us with everything finding the hotel is a bit of a mission and the car park but when they show you one time it’s so easy you have shops, transport restaurants everything is walking distance. It is awesome location"

"Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us. When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered. All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful, thank you. "

"This hotel is centrally located near the market, loads of restaurants and attractions nearby. Rooms were spacious and it was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed it. Just to note that the bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays, not an issue for us but may be a consideration. "
