"Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. "The La Couronne is in a great location in the middle of the main part of Solothurn, close to shops and local amenities (unfortunately, most of which are closed due to Covid). Car parking is at an off-site local car park just a few minutes walk from the hotel but is expensive. We paid over CHF 43 for around 36 hours.
