"We chose this house because of the location. It is quite remote, in a very small hamlet about 10km up narrow roads. Villaviciosa is a lovely small town and worth a walk around. The hamlet of Piedrafita is exactly that, a hamlet. We were hugely disappointed that the local bar/eatery had suffered a fire and was out of action for the foreseeable. "It was my second stay there and it is a really great hotel. The location is perfect for me...not rammed in a hotel zone but only a few minutes on foot to the old town and cathedral, and even closer to Gascon Street. The staff is very good also. Jose, at the front desk, speaks perfect English. He helped us very much. He oriented me to the town and gave my son a map with some highlights to get around. I definitely recommend it."
