"This was a lovely hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, powerful shower. There are free exercise classes on offer and 3 gyms to use. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the beach and plenty of nice bars/restaurants.

The food was excellent with a huge variety of options. Staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings — I’d definitely come back!"

"We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again. "

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation, clean and tidy, and the staff have a very good sense of service. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic but fit for purpose, the shower is poweful and the beds are comfortable, the air con is great but the wifi not so great.
The location is spot on just a short but pleasant walk down the hill to the beech and main strip where there is plenty to do socially. Plenty of markets to grab snacks and drinks and loads of food places near by. Thanks for a great mini break."
