"The listing did not reflect what we found. We came with 6 adults and two cars, but could not get a second key and fob. We entered the house and found the beds were not made and ready. There were dirty dishes stacked in the cupboard. There were spiderwebs and dirt inside the house. The outside and laundry room were a messy. Some of the screens were broken. The listing said the pool was fenced, but when we asked if we could use, they said no we can’t. Declutter and use some quality furnishings....

"The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

Ein Hundestrand ist in der Nähe und mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig nicht gegeben, aber mit dem Auto sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Das einzige was man vielleicht verbessern könnte wäre eine Klimaanlage im Chalet."

"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The town is very quiet but it's a short drive to cities like Leeuwarden and Harlingen for activities. There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. There is a car charge point nearby but no idea if we could have accessed it). We also weren’t sure if we were allowed onto the jetty but presumed we were. But a nice quiet place to stay."
