"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"

"Incredible rooftop terrace and pool. Amazing buffet breakfast options. Allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Helpful and friendly staff. ATM right outside the entrance which was convenient. "
