Amazing service and modern, clean and quiet room! I liked how close it was to the train station and downtown Sorrento. There is even a laundry Mart just up the road. We would stay here again!

Lovely small hotel in great location off main street. Very near station if want to visit Pompeii, Naples etc. Safe, quiet, lovely view from balcony. Great comms with Michele, he made us feel very welcome. Perfect for a trip to Sorrento

I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean and has an excellent location, just 4 minutes from Tossa Plaza. But most importantly, the people are exceptional. They contacted me a few days before our arrival and provided me with contact numbers in case I needed to reach someone immediately. The number was very useful! Our flights were delayed, so we arrived after 8 p.m. instead of the originally planned 12 noon. I informed the hotel of our late arrival, and we were pleased to find that the front desk staff, Giulio, not only waited for us but also came outside to meet us. How thoughtful! Another example of their care for clients was when they helped us figure out the ferry from Sorrento to Ischia. A few hours after we checked out, Michelle texted me to ensure everything was okay with the ferry and that we arrived safely in Ischia. I was very touched.

Excellent stay! I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Michele, the manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The property is very secure, clean, and in a great location. Easy to access the trains, ports, and downtown. The rooms are quiet and the newly installed steam showers are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for everything!

Sorrento's Gem.
Excellent stay,perfect if arriving by bus or train as just around the corner from both arrival points. Gated and secure accomodation just off the main street. Room spotless and cleaned daily. Michele available if you need him.(contact info given). Sorrento is a fabulous place to visit,just try and stay here.

Everything was excellent, the hotel is near everywhere and it is very confortable to be at 3 minutes to the train station. The bathroom is big and clean, the bed is awesome! Michele is a kind host too! The only thing to improve would be to give slippers to the guests, because you can hear the footsteps from the other rooms.

Perfect stay in Sorrento
This place is perfect 10/10. You won’t find a better location or a better room. Michele and his team are great, provided some good tips and recommendations and was helpful for anything we needed even after hours. The room is perfect, spacious, clean! The location is a 30 second walk from the train station, a 5 minute walk from downtown Sorrento and has everything you need within minutes.

Staying at Diamond Suites made our trip stress free and were able to have memorable vacation in Sorrento and The Amalfi Coast. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and three minutes away from the train station, which is perfect if you are taking the express train from and to Naples. Michele was very attentive and always available for any inquiries we had and gave us multiple recommendations of places to visit and eat.

it is a cute suite and centrally located to all the restaurants & activities. Micheal was very helpful & responsive to all the questions we had during and prior to our arrival. He made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours. We booked the boat tour to Capri through him and it was wonderful. Highly recommend.
