"1. A/C DID NOT WORK IN ALL THE ROOMS EFFECTIVELY. NO A/C IN MASTER BEDROOM 2. HOT WATER DID NOT ALWAYS WORK 3. NOT ENOUGH WASH CLOTHES ON HAND 4. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT 5. SECURITY WAS TOP NOTCH 6. TV'S NEED TO BE UPGRADED TOO SMALL 7. NO TV'S INSIDE THE BEDROOM"

"the casa linda property is very nice and well worth coming to . the villa we had was nice but was older (not a big deal) but needs alot of TLC pictures on the wall were falling apart one of the washrooms would not flush and my big peeve the pot and pans were all scratched and needed to be scrubbed before we were able to use them handle's loose , just replace them !!! "My only concert was, the place needs some upgrades. Fans outside was rusty, bathtub was leaking, but above all, my staying was great, easy check in, very friendly employees, very spacious and very clean. The cleaners were super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back."

"Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music"

"The pool and ocean and right out your door a few steps away! We utilized the pool everyday and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The food Chef Ariel and his wife Elida created was amazing, they made us feel like family. In addition to breakfast, we had Ribs, Italian, and Seafood they are the highlight of the house. "The property is laid back for quiet times. You will not find a more tranquil spot. The staff and owners respond to your request right of way. Not a better way to wake up in the morning to the sunrise swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi enjoying the ocean view. The landscaping of the grounds were well maintained. "We checked into the location. Everything was ok, the property is secluded that should have been a red flag and the gate doesnt lock. The first night stay someone broke in threw the pool sliding doors and stole all of my belongings. I mean evrything from my passport, wallet, cellphone, credit cards to all of my luggage. I had to go to the embassy 3 hours away to get an emergency passport to leave the country. It is a tourist trap, spend the money and stay at a resort."
