"We so appreciated being right on the water and enjoyed the view from each room in the house! The sunsets were magnificent! The owner was available and responsive to the couple of questions we had. We cooked our meals and the kitchen had all that we needed. The hot tub and sauna were enjoyed at the end of each day for a relaxing moment. The house is approximately 45 minutes into the center of Bergen and a beautiful ride. We wanted our first trip to Norway to be authentic and the best way we found...

"I stayed here with my family (2 adult couples, 1 10 year old) in late September. We got lucky with great weather. The house got a lot of sun - we made good use of the window shades! - and we soaked it up on the deck. Several of us enjoyed a dip in the fjord and a soak in the hot tub afterwards. We rented a boat from the hotel next door one day, and went hiking another day. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature, and had everything we needed. "

"My son his wife and their two children loved our stay at the Borg residence. It was spacious, quite and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to meet with our friends and mix with friendly and hospitable people. It's refreshing to be in an area with no crime where people are laid back and inviting. Perhaps some day we wil be back and if we do come back we would most likely stay at the Borg residence."
