"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"Very odd stay experience - family with small children and a dog, renting out a small part of their home. Description indicated a shared kitchen, which was false and we could not cook as we had planned, so this was very disappointing, but we were allowed to use the pool for a while, which was great. Shared common area was also nonsense, as little children were watching TV there.
