It has everything you need and it is close to public transportation to go out and enjoy the city. "The property was immaculately kept. And the room was clean. From check-in to check-out, all of it can be done independently. Beverages that were prepared was sufficient and was generous. However, the code to access and enter the property was rather difficult to access especially from a foreign country. we were lucky to have a good samaritan came by and helped us out."

"Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."

"We enjoyed our stay at the house boat, great location and easy to access all of Hamburgs sights on foot or on the s-Bahn with a station down the road. The houseboat is spacious, and we were greeted by Karsten who gave us a very thorough induction to everything we needed to know during our stay. Roof top was lovely in good weather. Stairs up and down are very steep so would advise caution to anyone with young children. Thanks for a great stay - we loved Hamburg and would love to return!"

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left.
