A small lounge under a glass roof to read, paint ... or enjoy the flower garden in peace. A cabin and a portico will delight children! For lovers of boules, a pétanque court in the garden! A living room with: a sitting area with sofa bed (TV and DVD player). A fully equipped kitchen / dining area with child seat. On the ground floor is the bathroom (with washing machine) and its toilet. Upstairs: A large space split in two: A parental space, a space for children with 3 beds, plus a cot on request. Provision of games, books, DVDs. Free WIFI.
Optional cleaning for 50 € (supplement payable locally).
Linen provided on request for: € 8.50 per set for 1 double bed or 2 sets for 2 single beds (additional charge payable locally).
Towels for 2 people for € 6.50 (supplement payable locally).
Wood stove
For winter: Pellet heating (compressed wood) 2 bags of 15 kilos are at your disposal free of charge then count 5 € per additional bag requested (to be paid on site)

Lovely country house
We had a lovely time at Frederique's house. It was separated from the main house and very quiet. We had access to a dishwasher, washer, and all the appliances we could want. Very thoroughly stocked, not only with household equipment, but things for children and sports equipment. A beautiful yard with all kinds of flowers and bushes. Very relaxing and comfortable. The extra charges for sheets and towels was a little peculiar, especially a daily rate, given that we used the same ones each day. A little more efficient to include them in the price of the stay instead of as a separate charge.. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and recommend it.

Our family of six (4 chidren) stayed at Frederique's cottage as a base to visit Mont St. Michel/Cancale.. The place was so comfortable, so well-appointed and kid-friendly that we did not want to leave. Frederique takes obvious pride and meticulous care of her place, carefully cataloguing every item available in the home and providing every amenity that we could think of. She was very thorough in showing us her home which is situated in a charming little village. From our two week road-trip through France, staying at AirBnB's most of the way, this was our favourite place to stay.

Traumhafter Garten auf dem Land
Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Trotz Sprachbarrieren war der Kontakt sehr herzlich. Wir alle, aber besonders die MĂ€dels, vermissen den Garten sehr! Das Haus ist sehr gut und mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestattet. Einzig nicht ganz optimal war die Schlaf- und Schranksituation. Der alte Holzboden knarzt bei jedem Schritt laut und auch die Betten quitschen bei jedem umdrehen, also sind entweder alle wach wenn jemand aufsteht oder man verharrt an Ort und Stelle. Da sich das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss befindet kann das zum Problem werden... Die beiden Kommoden fĂŒr die Kinder sind sehr instabil. Die Möglichkeit Elternkleidung zu verstauen nicht ideal. Wir hĂ€tten uns einen Schrank mit FĂ€chern statt nur KleiderbĂŒgeln gewĂŒnscht. Aber alles positive ĂŒberwiegt eindeutig!! Ich vermisse den perfekten Gartenstuhl er war sooooo gemĂŒtlich â˜ș Herzlichen Dank!

Very calm cottage
Bonjour FrĂ©dĂ©rique, nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs bien dans votre belle maison de vacances, que nous avons trouvĂ©e trĂšs propre. Nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien. Le jardin est superbement amĂ©nagĂ© et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme. La cuisine est top Ă©quipĂ©e, il y a mĂȘme une balance et un batteur. Les environs se laissent parfaitement explorer Ă  vĂ©lo. Grand jardin, terrasse agréable
Nous avons passĂ© des sĂ©jours Ă  deux familles avec 3 enfants. Les enfants Ă©taient trĂšs contents de l’énorme jardin avec des jouets. Proche du Mont Saint Michel, nous avons pu dĂ©couvrir plein d’endroits charmants. La propriĂ©taire Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique. Nous vous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation cette jolie maison!

Un havre de paix
Ce gĂźte est charmant tout comme son hĂŽte. Tout l'Ă©quipement est prĂ©vu pour parfaire son sĂ©jour (poĂȘle Ă  granulĂ©s, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, livres,...) ainsi que des petites choses apprĂ©ciables que l'on peut avoir oubliĂ©es (lessive, huile et vinaigre...). Le gĂźte Ă©tait trĂšs propre et confortable. Merci pour l'accueil et les conseils de visites notamment Le Mont St Michel (qui se situe Ă  20 min).

TrĂšs bon accueil dans grande et belle maison
Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances. La maison est spacieuse, le jardin aussi. Le mont St Michel n'est pas loin, et l'endroit regorge de lieux à visiter à un peu plus de 30mn de route. L'accueil est chaleureux, nous garderons de trÚs bons souvenirs de ces vacances

Semaine parfaite en Bretagne
Le gĂźte de Frederique est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© et parfaitement situĂ© pour visiter les points d’intĂ©rĂȘt de la rĂ©gion (Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale...). De plus l’accueil de Frederique est trĂšs sympathique. Mais ce qui rend cette maison vraiment extraordinaire c’est le jardin et ses Ă©quipements (large pelouse ombragĂ©e, boulodrome, chaises longues, cabane et jeux pour les enfants...) ainsi que la belle terrasse en bois pour prendre ses repas. Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour.

Erholsame Tage, ein Paradies fĂŒr Kinder
Wir durften einige Tage hier verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemĂŒht, dass man sich wohlfĂŒhlt und das gelingt ihr wirklich gut. Der Garten war fĂŒr unsere drei Kinder ein Traum. Es gibt unendlich viele Spielmöglichkeiten, fĂŒr jeden und jedes Alter ist etwas dabei. Der BĂ€cker ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und hat wunderbare Backwaren. Die KĂŒche, sowie der Rest des Hauses ist toll ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Viele schöne Ziele (St. Michel, Saint Malo, das Meer...) sind gut erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Location idéale pour un séjour en famille ,gßte trÚs bien équipé et sécurisé pour les enfants. TrÚs beau jardin et tout ce qu'il faut encore pour les enfants. Lieu idéal pour passer un bon moment au calme et en famille. Proximité du site mont Saint Michel est un plus.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus von FrĂ©dĂ©rique. Die Zeit dort haben wir (Ehepaar mit fĂŒnfjĂ€hriger Tochter) sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man so braucht, der Garten ist umwerfend und bietet, wie hier auch schon oft beschrieben, viele Erholungs- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Ich fand es z.B. wunderbar, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, dort zu FrĂŒhstĂŒcken oder zu Abend zu essen. FrĂ©dĂ©rique war eine sehr freundliche und zuverlĂ€ssige Gastgeberin.

Sehr schöne, in ein Ferienhaus umgebaute Scheune mit tollem Garten. Sehr gute Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. FĂŒr unsere Kinder (1/3/6 Jahre alt) war es ideal. Spielsachen und Babyausstattung vollstĂ€ndig vorhanden. Frederique ist eine freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

FĂŒr uns war es eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Objekt. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem 11 jĂ€hrigen Sohn und er fand es super. Es gab einen Billiardtisch, Tischkicker fĂŒr Kids, Bogenschießen, Boule etc, so dass unser Sohn nicht mal einen Pool vermisst hat. Der Garten ist so groß und einfach nur zum wohlfĂŒhlen. Das Haus auch wunderbar gemĂŒtlich.FußlĂ€ufig befindet sich ein BĂ€cker, sonst gibt es in dem Dorf nicht viel, was wir nicht als unangenehm empfinden, da man in spĂ€testens 10 min mit dem Auto einkaufen fahren kann, in 20 min am Meer ist usw. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat wirklich an alles gedacht, was man zu Hause auch gern hat. Selbst eine kleine Hausapotheke gab es :) Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder!! Vielen, vielen Dank FrĂ©dĂ©rique!!! Beste GrĂŒĂŸe von Christian, Noah und Gianna

Tres tres agréable , Il faut y aller !!!!!
trÚs bon accueil, dans un cadre de verdure sans vis à vis. Rien ne manque pour petits et grands. Espace jeux enfants. Tout est bien pensé ; sécurité (meme le poele est sécurisé par barriÚre, bravo) radiateurs, ventilateurs, le coté pratique....tous les appareils ménagé, sÚche cheveux etc... un conseil : faire un séjour ou un week end la bas.

Magnifique séjour
Superbe location, rien ne manquez, trÚs bonne accueil de Françoise, de plus la région est magnifique et la location est idéalement situé à 15min du mont st Michel, a 40 min de st Malo. Super week-end mais trop court . Je reviendrai c est certain .. Et je recommande sans soucis
