"The apartment was booked and duly paid in advance. When we arrived at the location, we tried to contact property, but at the beginning nobody answered. After couple of calls and messages a woman answered and said that all the apartments were booked and that she didn't know what we are talking about. After that, we called again, and man answered. He also told us that he is not aware of reservation, that he does not use Hotels.com for advertisement and that he doesn’t have an apartment at that...

"Check in and out was easy. I booked the apartment because of its location near where I was studying. It is in a nice neighborhood with many shops. The apartment building is what can be described as Socialist Architecture, the apartment itself is nicely furnished. All the other people in the building were very friendly. It is just a short walk to the older parts of town. If my travels bring me to Novi Sad again I would certainly consider staying at Salimana."

"This was the loudest place I have ever stayed in. Screams, loud partying, till 4 or 5 am every night during my 2 week stay. I was exhausted from lack of sleep. It was listed as a place that can sleep 4?! Dwarfs maybe! There is one full size bad and one couch: that in my book means 2 adults and a child at the max. But considering that the couch is in the front room looking at the street - NOBODY could sleep there at all. On more than one occasion my bed was vibrating from the techno music being...
