The South Bend Farmers Market is less than two blocks from home, and the Notre Dame Stadium is a short drive away - great for football fans. The St Joseph River is also within easy reach for hiking, biking, kayaking, and white water rafting. The river walk/east bank trail is next to the Farmers Market & Kernan Park - perfect for a walk or bike ride without needing to commute.

After your adventures, continue the fun outdoors at home. A fenced backyard provides a picnic table, plus there are basketballs, soccer balls, and a football provided for some family fun. Use the charcoal grill and enjoy a homestyle cookout, then gather around a portable wood-burning firepit when the stars come out.

Inside, wood floors create a warm and welcoming vibe. Unwind into vacation mode and watch your favorite TV shows, curl up with a book from the library, work a puzzle, or break out the board games.

A well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher not included), while a dining table and breakfast nook provide plenty of space to enjoy home-cooked meals together.
