Had a great stay here. Stayed with 8 other adults and a small child, and had plenty of space. House was set up nicely, and had great amenities. There were a lot of restaurant options and things to do nearby, which was nice. Would recommend.

Awesome property for our visit

My daughter is baton twirler who competed at National Competition held at Notre Dame. This house was immaculate. Roomy and met my family needs. Nice neighborhood and convenient location. I hope to stay there again next summer

Refuel Conference

We were attending the Refuel Conference. We all (5 people) agreed that we loved the house and we will be booking the house in the future for the conference. It is conveniently located to everything we needed.

Cozy home for a group

It was a pretty cold weekend in South Bend when we stayed in this property probably part of the reason we couldn’t keep the house warm enough the 2 nights we were there. The inside temperature improved as the outdoor temperature hovered close to 30 degrees. Access to Notre Dame was easy which was why I picked this location. Altogether we found a nice place for the purpose of our trip. Thanks for keeping the property tidy

South Bend Stay

My family and I were in town for my daughters baptism and stayed in the property one night. I booked this specific home because of the number of beds. The listing doesn’t look glamorous so I didn't have super high expectations. I thought it would be fine for one night. We were greeted by an overgrown weed filled yard and cigarette butts by the door. While there was plenty of room for my family the home was lacking in cleanliness. The home completely wreaked of cigarette smoke. This was less than ideal with the small children we had with us. The property manager offered to reimburse me if I went to Kroger and bought air fresheners, however, I don’t think introducing more chemicals into the air would have helped my family. I was put off that I was personally supposed to remedy the situation when we had paid for a clean smoke free home. My one year olds socks were black by the end of the night from the dirty floors and there were tuffs of dog hair and dirt on the floor. The beds and sheets did seem clean thankfully and the bathrooms weren’t terrible aside from an odor. Proximity to Notre Dame and restaurants was great. All in all I would not recommend this home for families with young children.

House fit our needs, but could use updates. Feels like furniture and decor is thrown together from thrift stores. Appreciated big table for family meals, but chairs were unstable and dirty. TVs worked great, as did laundry, and hot water was quick and plentiful. House was cold and never got to desired temperature (70). Would stay again, but not first choice.

Sports trip

Perfect location for our kids lacrosse tournament. The house was super spacious and had everything we needed. Grass needed to be cut and there were some big weeds but we weren’t there for the yard décor lol Would stay here again!
