Last minute need for a room in South Bend area. Very pleased with our stay. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean! Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast offerings included. Parking was plentiful and well lit in evening. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, I left a Notre Dame sweatshirt in the closet as I checked out. When I informed the front desk, I was told it was not in the lost and found. Honesty is a characteristic I value but whomever retrieved this item must not have the same values

I love Brooke and her daughter, they are always so resourceful. All the employees are very professional and kind. The room service is awesome very professional friendly and very warm. The entire place is so clean . Located in an area where restaurants, shopping mall etc.. Very convenient, the next few games price has almost doubled! So this may have been our last stay this season. But it been a blast 😊

Property needs updated and cleaned. Most of hotel smelled like mildew. Our allergies were bad (assume mold). Elevators were scary. Pool looked rough when we arrived and closed shortly after.

It was clean but staff was dismissive and not helpful. We wanted to eat at their restaurant, we were told it opened at 5. We went down at 515 to eat and left at 530 because we couldn’t find anyone to help us. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Don't stay on the first floor as it smells of mildew'y pool/chlorine. This is where the pool is and the smell is everywhere - lobby, hallways, room. Terrible. The hard surface floors are also very slippery, like it needs a deep clean. The staff was lovely and honestly the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would stay here again but ask to be on a different floor.

As soon as I walked in the lobby, there was a very distinct smell of mold/mildew. If I didn’t book it through Expedia, I would have cancelled the reservation right then. The room was clean but the hallways didn’t appear to have been cleaned for some time. I prepaid for breakfast only to find that a staff member called off so they had no breakfast. Breakfast is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. I stay at Holiday Inn a lot but this isn’t one I would recommend
