The staff is very professional over here. Good location solid foundation. A little spit polish on the outside and in, it's a real money maker.

I chose RRI due to its history-longevity & price. They aren't fancy(I don't need fancy), just nice fooms with nice beds. I arrived at night and left in early morning "low light", so couldn't really see much detail of the property. The BIG thing for me was my room and its amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, just what I expected and wanted.

When we found a cockroach in our room at 11:30pm, we immediately took this to the front desk. Rather than being apologetic, we were simply told there was nothing she could do because they were sold out & she couldn’t move us. We asked if they could even send someone to address the issue & we’re told she was the only one there & Orkin only comes during business hours & it was 11:30pm and she’s “not Orkin”. When we asked for a refund (because we refused to sleep in a room with live roaches) we were told we would have to contact Expedia. After spending more than 30 min on hold with Expedia, we were issued a refund and credit to our Expedia account. The agent was VERY helpful and efficient.

It was close to several shopping areas as well as several eating places when you have a variety of restaurants to pick and eat from in every houses was very professional and polite and took her every need that I had

The room felt quite dirty, the floors were sticky the walls had dirty marks all over them, the corners and edges of all rooms including the bathroom had dirt and grime. The mattress and pillows were dirty and the sheets on one bed had some stains. The room also smelled stuffy and although advertised as non smoking smelt like maybe someone had smoked inside.

Property is absolutely disgusting, extremely dirty rooms and the smell was horrible. Multiple junkies hanging around the motel. We were not able to stay the two days we had booked and had to pay for another hotel down the road. The motel felt very unsafe and did not trust leaving my car unattended in the parking lot over night with the homeless and junkies hanging around the motel.

Pancake pillows, mold in and around tub. The bottom lining super dirty. I had a non smoking room which reeked like smoke. I was literally in the room for about 4/5 hours.
