"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this brand new home at the base of Hatcher Pass! The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for relaxing.The location was perfect – just a short drive to the mountains. But we were able to go out our front door and go snow machining back to all the trails nearby. Was so much fun! "This is a home that was built around the 1940's so you are getting character more than the most modern home. We stayed here for our last night of our Alaskan vacation. It is close to downtown and to the airport. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. At first, I was a little nervous about not having A/C in the middle of July.
