"Our family stayed on the lake over the Fourth of July. Property is everything and more as seen on the listing. Beds were comfortable, host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside is the top loft bedroom (with excellent views) was warm to sleep in at night. A fan would be a helpful addition. We were sad to leave and would come back again!! Beautiful spot."

"Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes. Great home for the price."

"Our family (2 tween girls and 2 dogs) had a great long weekend at this house. The windows on the lake are so big and clean we almost walked right through them! The layout is perfect for a family. The lake is basically right at your feet and all the fun stuff is right there. SUPS, life vests, canoe, fire pit - it was all easy to access and use. The appliances all felt new and things like spices and oils and paper products were already there, which makes the pre-stay shop less tedious. Neighbors...

"Great place with very affordable rates. Extremly private with no neighbors. Nice fire pit in the back that we spent most our time. House was warm with no a/c. Definitely a strange smell in the living room. Overall great stay for the price."
