"Stayed at "Sea Ya Round" Villa five nights. Fancy place up on a hill with amazing views in 270 degrees. Scott really takes pride in his place and it shows, made for an unbelievable trip. We had top floor, second floor occupied by the owner, ground floor rented by a long term tenant. Very central location but need a rental car if staying on St. Thomas unless you are right downtown, the island as a whole is definitely not pedestrian friendly. Had a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook...

"Home was beautiful and just as pictures showed. Beds were beyond comfortable... so much so that I'm going to purchase one for my home! Loved the private feeling with the oversized courtyard and secure feeling. Home was central to all the things we wanted to do (snorkel, fish, restaurants and relax).I loved everything about it and so did my family!"

"We stayed on Bolongo Beach 29 years ago and wanted to come back to the area, so we rented several units for us and our adult kids. This unit was perfect for the 2 of us. I loved the tiled showers and the washer/dryer were a bonus. It would easily fit a family and had beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear, which was a bonus. We're not a fan of the beach, but preferred the view/location. Plenty of beaches on St Thomas/St John to go check out that are much prettier. We did not snorkel here, but it...

"Watergate villas is a great place for us. It is laid back, casual and located well. The unit we rented was clean. However, the washer and dryer were broken. The owner supplied us with tokens for the communal washers and dryers. We always prefer having access to an in-unit washer and dryer. The pool is pristine and well kept as is the pool deck."
