All the elements of a classic Cape Cod summer await at this South Dennis home, wonderfully located just half a block from the shores of Kelleys Bay. Here in the heart of the Mid Cape, you'll have so much at your fingertips - the beaches of Dennis, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a wide assortment of shopping and dining.

This single-story home is a walker's delight. Stroll a few houses west to fish and kayak from the small beach on Kelleys Bay, or head up the street to the east to find tennis courts, sports fields, and a playground at John A. Kelley Recreation Area. Corporation Beach, Sea Street Beach, and West Dennis Beach are all within five miles, with a pair of beach chairs provided for your use.

Begin each morning with coffee and breakfast in the glassed-in sunroom before heading to the beach. You'll be greeted back at home by an outdoor shower, ample backyard seating, and a gas grill and firepit for your evening barbecues.

The interior is charming and inviting, offering wood-paneled walls, window AC to keep everyone comfortable, and a 50-inch smart TV and Roku for movie nights in the living area. There are all sorts of family-focused amenities as well, including a booster seat, a Pack 'N Play, a stroller, and board games.

Things to Know
The fireplace is not for use.
There is no washer/dryer.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
