"It was a nice property and clean and in order. I would have like to have known up front that there is no available parking and that there was a daily charge to use what was available. I had a difficult time finding the room (my kids and walked all around the building at the end of a long day of travel) and was sent to the wrong room by one of the customer service agents when I called their helpline. The agent who was the MOST HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS AND WHO MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR US STAYING after our frustrating check-in process and finding the room was MAE! She deserves some HUGE KUDOS. Had she not helped the way she did I was ready to cancel the room and find a new place to stay. All that said Sonder was clean, well kept and secure. I was comfortable staying there with my kids. If I have to choose to stay in Denver again I will keep Sonder on my list."

"Great location! I love that they have a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop too! You get WARM COOKIES UPON arrival. The 2 of us had 6 while there for 2 nights. They said we could have as many as want. We had 2 complimentary bottles of water. I love that the pool stays open until 11a. GREAT STAY!"

"Front desk staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice too, even offering to take up my breakfast plate. You don’t see that anywhere else when it is a complimentary breakfast. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Denver. "
