This beautiful and newly-furnished cabin is in South Fork and just a short walk away from the Rio Grande and close to Beaver Creek Reservoir. Wolf Creek Ski area is just 20 miles away with the most powder in all of Colorado. The main floor offers a bright and spacious living area with comfortable furniture a mounted flatscreen TV. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin-size bunks, and the third bedroom has a queen, plenty of sleeping accommodations for up to four guests. A large porch wraps around two sides, one of which is covered for you to enjoy the beauty that surrounds this cabin.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nicer than it shows in the pictures- a wonderful rental
We spent 8 nights, just a short 20 min drive to Wolf Creek, amazing skiing. The House was beyond expectations, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our family. We had a great trip and really enjoyed this beautiful property.

wonderful time in september
the property was absolutely perfect. isolated and serene. the skies at night are amazing and the temperatures are perfect. we grilled and explored and enjoyed every minute. we were on harley davidsons and used the property as a hub to go to some awesome places.

This is one of the best homes we have stayed at (and we have rented a lot of places all over). The kitchen was stocked perfectly, couches super comfy, rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were nice. They even shoveled the snow in the driveway so we could get it easily! So nice of them and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Location to wolf creek ski was perfect.

Excellent access for fishing at Beaver Creek Reservoir! Has large Ceiling Fans for those warm afternoons. Very large kitchen and would be very cozy in the winter also. Had a gas grill that surprised us. Just a nice quite overall stay.

This house is very comfortable and well equipped. meaning lots of kitchen utensils. They even have boot dryers and fans in the closets. Great proximity to the National forest and South Fork. Don't touch try front door in the afternoon, the sun gets it really hot. I would stay there again, great little house.

This home was wonderful! We had 6 boys with us, ranging in age from 15-21. There was plenty of room, everything you needed kitchen/linen wise, and prompt responses from Vacasa when we let them know that the gaming remotes didn’t work. The home was clean & all the extras (boot/glove dryers, washing machine detergent, blankets, spices, etc.) made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again. Cute cabin in a rural neighborhood
We loved the rustic feel of the cabin with modern amenities. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and the layout was very nice for our family of 6. The electric reclining couches in the living room were a nice touch and comfortable. The dining table provided a lot of seating for meals and the styling fit the cabin theme. The room with double bunk beds was great for the kids. The bunk beds were very sturdy and did not wobble at all. The sides were also high enough on the upper bunks where we were not concerned about anyone rolling out by accident while asleep. The kitchen was well equipped including an air fryer. The kids also enjoyed playing the board games in the loft area on the provided bean bag chairs. Overall, it is a great place to get away with a family or friends.

Quiet, secluded location. The exterior of the house could use some cleaning
The size of the house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. This is probably the only vacation home I stayed in that doesn’t have coffee, hair dryer or lotion. I guess lucky we brought our own. Oh the toilet had toilet paper in them when we arrived. We couldn’t enjoy the view outside from the house because the windows were too dirty. The beds and the couch was very comfy though. I wish they let us use the firewood for a fee. But I get it.
