Wonderful stay at The Sequoia
The cabin and stay was amazing. The only reason for the 4-star instead of 5-star review is the living room furniture. I rented 2 cabins for this stay, Champoluc for my family and The Sequoia for my grandparents. Unfortunately my grandparents were unable to use the sofa and chair in the living room, as they are elderly and were unable to get out of either due to them being so worn and caved in. Everything else was absolutely perfect

Labor Day Weekend
Great property! Beautiful views from the patio, and the surrounding area was fun. The cabin was very clean and cozy and perfect for the 6 of us who stayed there. Pet friendly and very accommodating for our dogs who we brought along! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.

My main purpose was fishing and being in nature, without camping, lol. This place fit both. Good fishing is minutes in either direction, and the property provides quiet nights, stars, and a calm surrounding. The hot tub is a nice bonus after a long day!

Nice Cabin in a beautiful part of Colorado
The Cabin was fine and our party of 5adults and one 5y.o.were comfortable .The furnishings were quite adequate in the kitchen for our cooking needs . The "Trout pond" was low with muddy bottom @ our end and the only fish are suckers .The So. Fork of the Rio Grande is great , nearby and one of the prettiest fisheries in Co.

Great little cabin for a weekend at Wolf Creek. Cabin and finishes are very nice and comfortable. When we arrived, the bunk beds that were shown in the pictures were replaced with a double bed (which was actually great for our group!) and the hot tub was pretty gnarly so we didn’t really use it. Outside of that - a wonderful time!

the cabin was great! Clean, open floor plan which allowed my dad (who uses a walker) and my 1.5 year old to easily move around the house. The lake was very close and the trip is now saved in our family memories forever. Thank you!

Spring Break
We had a party of 8. Entrance to the cabin is a one way street. They did an adequate job of clearing the snow. There was more than enough room for 2 vehicles. There are community sleds, which my kids enjoyed. There was a snow shovel just in case. The hot tub was a HUGE plus after a long day of skiing. Hot tub was easy to use and the caretaker came by and cleaned it. The cabin is very nice on the inside. It seemed to have all cookware needed except a crock pot, would have been nice. Coffee maker worked but is out of date. There was plenty of towels for showers and hot tub. Washer and dryer was in great condition. My main negatives of the property was light bulbs, air filters, and remote batteries needed replaced. I did not take the time to tell the caretaker about these needs. King bed in master bedroom was comfortable, but sheer curtains are not enough to block out the sunlight at 6:30am. Our 3 kids slept in the twin over full bunk beds. The sofa beds were UNCOMFORTABLE. The person that slept in living room, just kept it as a sofa to sleep. She hated the sleeper sofa. Television and DVD player worked well and no troubles. The location to Wolf creek is a positive and about 10 minutes to South Fork town for groceries and restaurants. Overall, this was a nice place, but with out dated sleeper sofa, I don't think I would return if everyone can't have a bed or new sleeper sofas.
