"Smooth check in, plenty of free, on street parking. Close to town, easily walkable. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. No frills but what we needed, can’t fault it for the price."

"It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"This is a very reasonable and nice place to stay for the price. Upon arrival, I was confused about which property I would be staying in, but after opening the doors and reading the signs posted inside, it’s very straightforward. The woman next to me did not have a code for her room and struggled to reach anyone at ~9pm, so, if you’re reading this, make sure you have your code ahead of time. The rooms are small and quaint. "Overall, the accommodation was lovely – not five-star luxury that we’d expected for the price, but we had a lovely trip away. Fridge is very noisy which resulted in a restless sleep on both nights. "The accommodation was amazing, for a self catering establishment, it is very well equipped, lovely island in the kitchen with oven and hob, plenty of space to eat. The lounge area was very comfortable, with big screen TV, both bedrooms had comfortable double beds, upstairs en-suite downstairs separate bathroom. Plenty of parking and for those who wish to eat out, the pub across the road has a great selection at reasonable prices. "

"This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."

"This was ok for a last minute stop but the room was so sensitive to noise. Could hear every movement and sound around the house. Also the mattress had pilling so bad you could feel it through the fitted sheet. Made me so itchy I didn’t sleep very much at all. For a guest house that looked so pleasing, it was below average."

"Firstly I didn’t receive a key code and no one answered the phone to get the code. Hotels.com couldn’t help either. Luckily another guest opened the door so we could call the phone number in a table inside the property. They still couldn’t give us the key code. It took an hour just to get into our room. "Pleasant accommodation close to university, with cooking facilities Accommodation was clean , warm and had everything we needed for our stay. Only issue is no on site parking but parking in nearby streets is possible (payable and maximum 5 hours) with a larger NCP car park within 5 minutes walk Would stay there again and would recommend for a short stay. "

"We had a great stay. The only thing we found a little difficult was trying to find the building within the complex as there are so many. Otherwise parking was close by, good selection of shops and places to eat near by. It’s a very quiet area."
