"The weather outside was frightful. But our stay inside was cozy and wonderful. What a great place to sit and watch the weather roll through and the tide come and go. We also made several walks down the road to the stone beach. And Kittery was conveniently close letting us pop in to Lil's every morning for coffee and breakfast. Everything was just how the listing and photos describe it. Loved our winter stay. We would definitely enjoy seeing what the summer season is like."

"Our family of 6 stayed here for just two nights, and we all wished we could stay longer. The bedroom set-ups fit our family group perfectly, the whole house was sparkling clean, and the kitchen appliances and cookware were all really nice. Ediola even provided coffee and some seasonal welcome cookies. She also made a special delivery of more coffee to suit our preferences the following day as well as hot cocoa mix. The location is perfect, and the end of a small lane, truly just a 3 minute...

"I stayed in another property in Hampton Beach a few years back. It was dirty to the point of me having to clean the toilet and kitchen before we used them. By contrast, Hybiscus was sparkling clean and clearly well-cared for. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, cozy interior. Highly recommend!"
