The Black Bear Bungalow is a cozy pet friendly bungalow surrounded by pine trees in a small, tiny house village, great for couples, small families or a small group of friends looking for a fun Tahoe getaway. The cabin has a gas fireplace in the front room one bedroom with a Queen bed and one bathroom downstairs and upstairs is two LOW CEILING LOFT (48") rooms for additional sleeping each with a queen bed. The bungalow offers free WiFi , toiletries and linens and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need including both Kurig and regular coffee machine. Come out and enjoy the beaches hiking and biking as well as the casinos at Stateline are only 10 minutes away. This cabin is very pet friendly, but we do require a $50 pet fee per stay and if you do have allergies to pets this may not be the best cabin option for you. This cozy tiny house is only 700 square feet as it can sleep 6 guests max it is best suited for 4 adults as it is a TINY house. ****We have a strict cancellation policy and do not refund so please read the entire listing description and policies prior to booking. WE ALWAYS SUGGUEST GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE! We do offer early check in or late check out options for an additional $50 each please let us know in advance as these are not always available. This is a TINY house so is not really suited for guests with mobility issues as we are not handicap accessible and spaces are smaller than a normal house.
***This is a tiny house cabin in the Sierras we do have lots of wildlife. this includes bears, squirrels, chipmunks, coyotes and even the occasional field mouse spotting any of these will not get you a refund. **** The tiny house village does have external cameras as well as the bungalow has a ring doorbell on the front porch. Come enjoy and explore beautiful Lake Tahoe!!!!!!

A quaint little unit in a quiet setting. Lots to offer with areas to walk, stores and restaurants nearby and a well equipped little bungalow that was plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Jeanine was really easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Loved It
Loved the location, the layout, the amenities, and just being in Tahoe. We had a great time my daughters loved the loft. Our dog loved the side yard. So many great places that are either walking distance, a quick Lime Scooter ride, or drive away. My wife loved the fireplace, front porch, and the couches.

Cozy, rustic cabin surrounded by huge pine trees. A little dated - could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, but the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and we found we could walk to a few different restaurants and coffee shops.

Big 3 get away
My family and I (partner, child and dog) stayed from Tuesday to Friday! My son and I were celebrating our birthdays together, but it was my big 3 0. It was truly so marvelous! It was my first time in a cabin and it was so perfect and cozy. The entire stay and experience was everything and more. I look forward to coming back every ski week now with my family :)
