You are renting from a private Owner. The resort will not assist you prior to arrival. Check in details sent 24 hours before arrival after payments. The resort will Not have your name until that time.

You are Renting From a Private Owner and receiving a discounted rate: Host will assist you PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. AFTER check in, the Resort is your point of contact and is available for your assistance twenty-four hours a day.
****Note__resort charges directly a Parking rate thirty nine dollars non refundable, non-negotiable. Host charges a discounted rate for Parking which is thirty dollars daily and required to pay as an extra service prior to arrival.
Self park is not available. No refunds on parking fee paid to Host..
CHECK IN is 4 PM CHECK OUT is 10 AM No late or departures or early arrivals. Fee of One hundred dollars would apply as this is what they resort charges to reschedule their cleaning. We suggest you book another night if needed.
Guest count must include children and infants. Both apply as an additional guest fee of seventy five dollars per night.
