"We were really impressed with the room - very modern controls, nice bathroom, nice bed. Loved it all except 1. No HDMI access to the TV - had to use Chromecast which isn't as good. 2. Fairly strict 8-8 enforcement of kids..my kids were told to come out of the pool at 8pm so I was in the pool alone until 817 when the next adults came in...if they had let us stay until the next guests came in that would have been better..they did allow us early in the next day. 3. "A really cool hotel. Decor is stunning and was so nice to be able to bring my dog along with no fuss. They even brought her a bed and bowl to the room. Food was reasonably priced and the bed was so comfortable. Will be back for a longer stay next time! "

"A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!"

"Pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay again. We stayed in a private double roomnbl with ensuite on top floor. Exceeded all expectations. Great location, close to tube and Borough Market. Only negative was no lift so rooms not accessible or suitable for those with lots of luggage."
