"This is actually our second stay at this property. We LOVE the fact that it's on the first floor and that there is plenty of space to spread out a bit. The appliances are top notch -- Fridge with Ice Maker, Induction Cooktop (we'll be getting one as a result....lol) and a top-of-the-line Keurig machine (which we made good use of. Cooking in that kitchen was a delight! Ivana (owner) was very responsive and patient with our circumstances (Hurricane Helene) and communicated with us almost...

"This condo was gorgeous and extremely clean. Exactly the same as pics. Ken is an amazing host who responds quickly to any inquiry. I am very picky and this condo surpassed all my expectations. Like a 5 star resort. Centrally located where I could visit my best friend in Marco Island and we ate dinner in Naples at night. Ken has thought of everything. Anything we needed was there (beach chairs, beach towels, etc). I will definitely be renting here again. Thank you Ken!"

"Not the first time we've stayed there - it's great, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say has nothing to do with the property or host, but we were originally booked with another host who cancelled on us AFTER we landed in Florida due to the previous tenant destroying the unit. Thankfully, Greenlinks took care of us. VRBO really needs to vet the renters better."

"We were primarily visiting elderly parents in nearby senior housing so this was more about having a good nights’ slept in the very comfortable King bed after some winddown time, getting up and walking to the hot tub and pool (which were great in Noevember), and taking advantage of the kitchen and two baths. We also enjoyed the screen porch for early morning reading. Communications with the owner were easy and check-in and out were uncomplicated. We plan to return!"
