The location was so beautiful, quiet, near great shopping, and staff was top shelf. "I visit my son at Geneva College every few weeks and I like to travel with my dog, Hiro. I always stay at the Microtel. There is a nice area to go for a walk and the hotel is convenient to the college and shopping areas. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the Microtel and its staff."

"We were there for the pro bowl riders show in February 2025. The entire staff from registration to restaurant to maid service to valet service was outstanding. The hotel was clean and a very nice experience. The hotel is centrally, located downtown within walking distance of various points of interest.
