When you’re ready to eat, gather at the six-person dining table. Then top off your meal with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for three.

Between the sleeper sofa in the living area and two bedrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps six guests total.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
