Bahia Mar is one of the largest properties on the island, it always feels very private very relaxing. It immediately allows you to disconnect and enjoy. Within beautiful gardens and walking trails you will find plenty of amenities in the paradise.

Have fun with all the family in one of the two large swimming pools or relax in the hot tub while the kids enjoy the pool! Toddlers also have a playground in case they are done swimming or building sand castles. Enjoy a tennis match on the property´s tennis courts and then go for a walk on the beach or a nice dive in the ocean to cool off! If you want to unwind a little try relaxing on the beach deck. It’s an amazing spot! The deck is large with comfortable spaces to relax and with a perfect view of the endless ocean.

The condo is very cozy and spacious so if you feel like staying away from the sun one day you will love staying in watching your favorite cable programming or streaming on the internet. This condo is a two bedroom, two bath condo perfectly located only seconds away from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals with the family or with friends. Complete with appliances, dishes, pots and pans. All you have to worry about is being hungry!

Each bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and each bathroom is complete and with plenty of towels. You will love arriving to your rental home after a fun day out in the sun! Private washer and dryer in the condo so your things will always be nice and fresh!

•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    BBQ Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner BBQ Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner BBQ Grill: $50.00
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Great property, needs some deeper cleaning
The location was fantastic. Just a few steps from the pool and hot tub. Plenty of chairs along the boardwalk if you want to sit and listen to the waves. The property grounds were very well kept. The condo's cleanliness was mediocre. There was grass/dirt in the dresser drawers, hair/dust chunks on the floor, the bathroom had spots of either blood or poop on the front of the toilet, both bathroom sinks were clogged and would fill completely up with water while you were running the faucets and backwash up hair and nail clippings. There was a blender bottom in the kitchen but no top glass pitcher, I text the property manager and she said she would bring a replacement blender the next day, but never did.

We stayed in unit 577 not the one pictured above
Nice property, great access to beach and pool. Only negative items were the couches in the unit. Too low to the ground, could not get out of them. No hangers in the closets and a few minor maintenance issues such as lights and towel holders broken. Pool was not heated and very cold. No swimming. Overall I liked the location.

Had roaches called they moved us to another room for a day while they sprayed the place for bugs I know right who would wanna come back every other place was booked or even more cost because of the last minute so we stayed at other room for a day came back roaches where gone and smelled like it was sprayed the day of us leaving started to see roaches again this place is nasty and not worth a dime we paid over 1,000 every time we turned around roaches was coming out roaches was inside of are things when pulling out items or are bags roaches was coming out DO NOT STAY !!

Great beach vacations
We went with our daughter and her family and had a wonderful time. We had a two bedroom unit on the ground floor which gave us easy access to the pool and the beach. A great time was had by all.

Overall, there is nothing to complain about. It was definitely sufficient. However, an electric vacuum would be nice to clean up sand...who wants to sweep on vacation? The kitchen was stocked with dishware and pots/pans, but not even salt/pepper was available. It would be nice to have a few basics included. There was also a battle for hot water in the evenings when everyone needed to shower.

Comfortable living with a gorgeous view
We loved staying in this villa at Bahia Mar. Communication before and during our stay was awesome. The condo was beautifully furnished with all the amenities we needed. The private beach is one of the best features as is the swimming pool and hot tub. Staff at the complex deserves a special shout out for their promptness and diligence in all matters.

Four of us stayed very comfortably at this unit. The access to the beach and the pool was great. We enjoyed being in a ground floor unit. The property, inside and out, was very clean. We will definitely try to stay at this property again.

Nice condo, low on basic supplies
The condo was nice. Location was good. Beach was great. Simple supplies would improve experience-coffee filters (I have learned to bring my own but brought cone filters and machine used the other kind) maybe even a couple coffee packets, a small packet of laundry detergent and instructions for washer/dryer, more than one pot holder, kitchen towels and small bottle of liquid dish soap (not everything fits in the dishwasher), throw rug at entrances, salt and pepper. I had to go to IGA after first night to get some of these items. Used beach towel as rug for wet beach feet. Used bathroom towel for kitchen. Cost published for condo ended up being 50% of actual cost with taxes and fees.
