Upon walking into the room, there was dried dog urine on the floor all around the sides of the bed. We reported it and staff cleaned the floor immediately. Hotel staff were friendly and customer focused.

The hotel smelled like mold and was. Ot like it lolled on the pics. Ot was old . The breakfast was terrible and ran out of food very early. The Starbucks person did. Not show up on time . Cut my foot on glass or so Thing sharp inside the bathroom. The safe batteries didn’t work we asked them to fox it. They never did. The staff acted like they could care less. We left after the first night
