Start your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and spot pelicans passing by. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.
Natural light warms the living room. Enjoy the views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Listen to music with the multi-disc CD and tape player as you savor time spent with family and friends. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV.
The primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise while snug beneath the covers. Wind down at the end of the day with a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The primary ensuite has a beautiful granite vanity and gorgeous tile shower with a safety bar for those who need a little extra support, as well as a large walk-in closet with shelving for extra storage.
The cozy guest bedroom features a full and twin-size bed to ensure a restful sleep. Additional features include a flat-screen TV, two dressers, one with an attached mirror, a small walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.
Freshen up in the guest bath attached to the guest bedroom. It includes a tub/shower combo with a support bar, a 4-shelf linen closet, a beautiful granite vanity, and plenty of drawers for storing toiletries.
Enjoy the beautiful granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen as you prepare your favorite meals. Stock up the spacious three-shelf pantry with your favorite foods. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, lounge by the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach, and if you so choose, stop for a game of beach volleyball along the way.

Great location and very clean
We enjoyed our stay. This unit was very well kept. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t need to cook, but the kitchen had the basics. Thankful for the elevator. Parking was limited, so I can’t imagine what it’s like during the busy season. We would stay there again.

Perfect view - clean and comfortable
We absolutely loved our unit. The view of the beach from the unit was so relaxing and made our stay so enjoyable. It was easy to sit on our balcony and watch out teens on the beach , in the ocean or playing beach volleyball which is in perfect view right in from this unit. This was great for our elderly family members who are not able to go to the beach due to mobility issues. They loved sitting in the balcony watching the kids who would wave to them from the beach. The room was very clean and had all the cooking utensils we needed. They had a daily towel exchange where we could pick up clean towels if needed. The washer and dryer were steps away outside the door of the unit and we could track progress on our devices via an app which made it very convenient. We lived our stay here. This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Suntide II. My sister and nieces/nephews had the unit next door to us and the kids loved hanging out with their cousins.

Property in disrepair
I wanted to enjoy our stay but nearly everything about the property felt old and run down. The beach access gate was janky and hard to work. Our unit’s porch door jammed because of rust. The gate from the beach back into the property is rusted and a health hazard. I was really disappointed - it felt like a forgotten property. The rental itself was clean and well furnished.

Overall the location was great, condo was clean; however, the units next to us were under construction and concrete dust blew all over our porch. It prevented us from enjoying the porch and view. I reached out to the property management without success. Call dropped and none of my followup calls were answered. Good access to the beach and nice pool.

We had a great time! Kitchen had some dated appliances, but were clean. Appreciated the beach chairs!!😊 My suggestions? More washcloths in the bathrooms, though we could have gone to the linen service. We were fine reusing our towels. There was NO CORKSCREW & ONLY ONE WINEGLASS!😲 Patio furniture is getting dangerous.

The tow ruined my stay
Everything was great but because my property paper was on my visor, not my dash, my car got towed the last night of my stay. Please utilize a better way to figure this out. Rancho towing from Port Isabel making easy money.

We were moved us to this property because of some construction at the original property. They thought it would be unpleasant considering the noise and elevator usage. We couldn't have been happier! They met each of the criteria we wanted, gulf view, large kitchen, balcony, hot tub/pool. We would certainly choose this property again. We had a wonderful time.

Suntide II suite 203 needs uodating
The kitchen cabinets are very outdated and old. Same for the bathroom. Kitchen appliances were worn out and barely working. Master bed was great but other beds were uncomfortable. A lot of the furniture is pitiful.

Overall, the condo was great. It needs some upgrades, for example, the light in the master bathroom is too dim. It is so hard to see and frankly, it is dangerous. It would be great if the chairs on the balcony were higher, like bar stools, so you can see. We really appreciated how many kitchen items were available, like the Keurig!! That is a huge plus. It was very cozy and we so enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Easy Breezy Comfort
This unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. It’s an older building, but #203 is well kept and very comfortable. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed, and in an excellent location convenient to everything on the island. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and shops. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 - actually very roomy, with great closet space! Comfortable beds, plenty of cookware and even a Keurig! The very best part is the balcony! The ocean/beach view is superb. Every minute we weren’t actually on the beach, we were on the balcony looking at the beach! Great pool area and well kept walkways to the beach area, too. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent it again! Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit and property. The views are amazing and the location and access to the beach was perfect! We will visit this location again. Things that could make it 5 stars; Provide an umbrella for the beach. We ended up with a cheap one from dollar general and it just couldn’t hold up in the wind. Provide beach towels. They weigh down luggage and take up to much space. These should be provided as part of the linens. Update the cabinets in the kitchen. They had large holes at the baseboard from likely water damage. They can be easily repaired and painted. Also add some hardware. The entire unit needs a fresh coat of paint. This might help with the cleanliness of the appearance of the overall unit.

Fantastic views
By far the best feature is the view, large balcony, great sunrises. Some of the furniture and fixtures were a bit dated, but nothing to ruin a great trip. If you are looking for value right on the beach, this is it!
